Returns & Refunds Policy Effective for orders placed on and after 3/07/2026


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying MoonBrew. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee — you have 60 days from your order delivery date to request a return.

All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal: https://moonbrew.co/apps/redo/returns-portal/login

Returns requested outside the 60-day window will not be accepted. Items sent back without first initiating a return through the portal will not be accepted.

Guarantee Scope & Eligibility

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all MoonBrew purchases — including one-time orders, multi-packs, bundles, and subscription orders — and is intended to allow customers to try MoonBrew for the first time.

To ensure fairness:

  • The guarantee applies to one opened unit per product, per customer, per lifetime

  • Any additional units of the same product from the same order must be unopened to be eligible for a refund, up to a maximum of 2 unopened units per order

  • Refunds for multiple opened units of the same product are not eligible and will not be approved

  • MoonBrew reserves the right to deny refund requests from accounts that appear to be duplicates or associated with a previously refunded customer

 

Subscription Orders

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to subscription orders under the same terms as all other purchases.

Cancellations:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hi@moonbrew.co

  • To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date

  • Cancelling your subscription stops all future charges and shipments — it does not automatically trigger a refund on any prior orders. Prior orders remain subject to the standard 60-day guarantee terms above

Already-Processing Orders:

  • If a refill order has already been confirmed or is in processing at the time of cancellation, that order cannot be cancelled or recalled. It will ship as scheduled

  • Once delivered, that order is eligible for a return under the standard 60-day guarantee terms

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not covered by MoonBrew. For approved returns, customers will be provided a return shipping label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, you may do so through the Returns Portal. Please note:

  • Exchanges are limited to one per order

  • Return shipping is waived for one approved exchange per customer

  • Once your return is received and processed, the replacement item will be shipped

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Once an exchange has been issued for an order, that order and its replacement item are no longer eligible for a refund or further exchange. Exchanged items are final

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hi@moonbrew.co within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim we'll ask for a photo of the item and your order number. Once verified, we will make it right and return shipping will be waived where applicable.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status within 3–5 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any applicable return shipping label costs will be deducted from the refund

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund

 

Repeat Returns & Policy Abuse

To maintain fairness for all customers, MoonBrew monitors return patterns across accounts. We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases where:

  • More than one refund has been requested by the same customer across multiple accounts or orders

  • A pattern of purchasing, opening, and returning products is identified

  • Claims cannot be reasonably verified

 

Policy Updates

MoonBrew reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the update. We maintain versioned records of this policy tied to order dates.
